We will learn about staying on track, tools to enhance being on the spiritual path and maintaining health at all levels, physical,

mental, emotional and spiritual. We will use toning, breath, meditation, sharing and gentle movement.

In the afternoon we will have a full crystal sound healing.

This will be an experiential course, with the emphasis on healing from the heart and nurturing.

Please bring a blanket or pillow so you can be comfortable and water to drink.

In the group sessions the focus is on meditation, brain illumination as well as

healing, general nurturing and relaxation.

I also will  teach people how to work with crystal bowls.

A good place to share, be nurtured and to touch base with others.

I am currently  involved in making a short documentary fim, Possibility, which focuses on

Youth, community, HIV and  AIDS in South Africa. I hope it will bring light, love, healing, hope

and support to the incredible people we met whilst in South Africa.
